Four dead, 18 injured in Dolakha road mishap

Road accident is one the major cause of death in Nepal. Over the past years, Nepal has reported several roads accidents.

Four people died and 18 others were injured in a road mishap that occurred last night at Bigu Rural Municipality-4 in Dolakha district, police confirmed.

A jeep (BA 30123 CHA 7580) on its way to Bulung from Singati in the district met with an accident at 10:00 last night, Chief of District Police Office, Bheshraj Rijal said.

The deceased have been identified as 35-year-old Binod KC, Radha Khadka, 52, Chandika Thapa, 24, and Ajita Khatri, 45, of Bigu Rural Municipality-3.

The injured ones are undergoing treatment in different hospitals in Kathmandu and Dhulikhel.
