Contribution Guidelines
Nepal News welcomes thoughtful and original contributions for its opinion section. We invite writers, academics, professionals, and members of the public to share perspectives on newsworthy events, pressing issues, and matters of broad public concern.
Nepal News is committed to providing readers with a diverse range of ideas and voices. Submissions may exceed 1,000 words if the issue is of major public importance and requires in-depth analysis. Our goal is to encourage robust, fact-based debate that strengthens democratic dialogue. By submitting an op-ed, contributors agree to uphold the highest standards of ethical journalism and intellectual honesty.

Editorial Standards
- Fact-Checking: All submissions are reviewed for accuracy, clarity, and consistency with Nepal News’ editorial standards.
- Editing: Editors may make changes for grammar, style, clarity, and logical flow, but will not alter the author’s central argument or voice. Authors must approve major edits before publication.
