KATHMANDU: Nabin Neupane has been appointed as the head coach of the Nepal national U-23 football team.

He has been assigned the role for the upcoming AFC U-23 Asian Cup Qualifiers to be held in Tajikistan.

ANFA Acting General Secretary Badri Bhattarai handed over the appointment letter to Neupane.

Nepal is placed in Group H alongside Tajikistan, Syria, and the Philippines for the qualifiers scheduled from September 3 to 9.
