KATHMANDU: Gold prices saw a modest decline on Friday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

The price of hallmark gold dropped by Rs 500 per tola, bringing it down to Rs 193,100 from Thursday’s rate of Rs 193,600.

Silver prices also declined. The price of silver fell by Rs 35 per tola, from Rs 2,270 on Thursday to Rs 2,235 on Friday, the Federation reported.
