MUGLIN: The fuel supply problem at petrol pumps along the Prithvi Highway has been resolved following the clearance of a landslide in the Muglin area.
The Muglin–Narayangadh road section had been blocked, preventing tankers from passing through, which caused a shortage of petroleum products at petrol pumps along the highway.
Nepal Oil Corporation spokesperson Manoj Thakur confirmed that the issue has been resolved and assured that petrol pumps on the Prithvi Highway will no longer face fuel shortages.
He stated, “The shortage of petroleum products at petrol pumps along the Prithvi Highway, caused by the obstruction of the Muglin–Narayangadh road section, has now been resolved. There will be no shortage of petroleum products at the petrol pumps along the highway.”
