Army photo exhibition held at Jangi Adda [Photo Feature]

KATHMANDU: An army photo exhibition has begun from today (Sunday) on the occasion of Army Day 2082.

The exhibition, which started on 18 Jan, will continue until 21 Jan and is being held at the Army Headquarters, Jangi Adda. Various army battalions have set up stalls at the venue. Outstanding winners of the Nepali Army Photo Competition–2082 have been awarded cash prizes and honors.

The exhibition features photographs depicting the Nepali Army’s activities from the past to the present, along with displays of historical weapons, equipment, and the various roles performed by the army.

It also showcases military uniforms, the army band, military aviation services, horse riding, national parks and wildlife reserves, peacekeeping missions, development and construction works, disaster management, sports, the National Service Corps, military schools, and other diverse activities of the Nepali Army.
