KATHMANDU: Chief of the Armed Police Force (AFP), Nepal Raju Aryal has directed the APF personnel to get deployed in the field to ensure a robust security situation in the House of Representatives (HoR) polls scheduled for March 5.
Directing the APF, Nepal officers who are being deployed to its different stations as the chiefs, Aryal asked the officials to ensure an effective security situation by exhibiting the highest level of professionalism, being focused on elections.
Aryal also instructed the APF, Nepal personnel to pay attention to holding the HoR polls in a fearless manner and asked the security officials to fully abide by the election code of conduct.
Likewise, he said that the AFP, Nepal should work proactively to control revenue leakage.
