KATHMANDU: Gold prices in the local market declined slightly on Thursday, falling by Rs 1,500 per tola.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, the price of gold has decreased by Rs 1,500 per tola to Rs 276,500 today. Earlier on Wednesday, the same gold was traded at Rs 278,000 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver has decreased by Rs 170 per tola today. With this, the price of silver on Thursday remained at Rs 5,485 per tola, according to the federation.
