KATHMANDU: Gold and silver prices increased in the local market on Monday. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Federation, the price of gold rose by Rs 4,100 per tola and is being traded today at NPR 274,700 per tola.

On Sunday, gold was traded at Rs 270,600 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver has also gone up. Silver increased by NPR 205 per tola and is being traded today at Rs 5,195 per tola. On Sunday, silver was priced at Rs 4,990 per tola.
