KATHMANDU: The price of gold and silver has increased today, Friday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, the price of gold rose by Rs 800 per tola, reaching Rs 216,000. Yesterday, Thursday, gold was trading at Rs 215,200 per tola.

Similarly, silver prices increased by Rs 60 per tola, with the current price at Rs 2,580 per tola. The previous day, silver was priced at Rs 2,520 per tola.
