KATHMANDU: The price of gold fell sharply by Rs 2,400 per tola on Thursday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association.

Gold, which was traded at Rs 197,600 per tola on Wednesday, dropped to Rs 195,200 today.

Similarly, the price of silver also saw a decline of Rs 15 per tola.

It was priced at Rs 2,350 the previous day and now stands at Rs 2,335.
