Gold price drops by Rs. 800 per tola today

KATHMANDU: The price of gold, which hit its highest point on Tuesday in the Nepali market, saw a decline today, Wednesday.

As reported by the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, the price of gold fell by 800 rupees, settling at 170,500 rupees per tola.

On Tuesday, the price of gold was 171,300 rupees per tola, the highest it has been so far.

In a similar trend, the price of silver also experienced a slight decrease today.

According to the Federation of Gold and Silver Dealers, silver, which was priced at 1,970 rupees per tola on Tuesday, dropped to 1,940 rupees today.
