KATHMANDU: Gold prices in Nepal dropped sharply on Tuesday, falling by Rs 2,500 per tola compared to the previous day.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, hallmark gold is now trading at Rs 195,000 per tola, down from Monday’s rate of Rs 197,500.
Silver also saw a minor decline, dropping by Rs 5 per tola. The current market rate for silver stands at Rs 2,160 per tola.
