KATHMANDU: The price of gold in the Nepali market decreased by Rs 500 per tola on Friday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, the price of hallmark gold per tola was Rs 194,700 on the last trading day of the week.

Earlier, on Thursday, the price of hallmark gold was fixed at Rs 195,200 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver increased moderately. The price of silver, which was Rs 2,335 per tola on Thursday, rose to Rs 2,340 per tola on Friday.
