KATHMANDU: The price of gold in the Nepali market rose on Friday, reaching the highest level recorded so far.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold was traded at Rs 199,400 per tola on Friday.

The previous day, the price of gold was Rs 198,400 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver also increased today, trading at Rs 2,325 per tola.
