KATHMANDU: After a decline of 3,400 rupees over the past three days, the price of gold has stabilized today.
The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers reports that gold is currently priced at 168,100 rupees per tola, the same rate as last Friday.
On Friday, the price of gold fell by 2,200 rupees per tola. It also dropped by 1,000 rupees on Wednesday and by 200 rupees on Thursday.
Previously, gold had reached a high of 171,300 rupees per tola, marking its highest price to date.
Similarly, the price of silver has remained unchanged today, with the current rate set at 1,915 rupees per tola, according to the Federation.
