KATHMANDU: On Tuesday, the price of gold in the Nepali market saw a significant rise.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold increased by NPR 5,300 per tola. On Tuesday, hallmark gold was being traded at NPR 189,900 per tola. In contrast, the price of gold had only slightly increased on Monday, with a rise of NPR 500 per tola, reaching NPR 184,600.
Similarly, the price of silver also rose on Tuesday. The federation stated that it increased by NPR 55 per tola. Silver was being traded at NPR 1,910 per tola on Tuesday.
