KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has determined the foreign exchange rates for Wednesday. According to the central bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has slightly decreased today and is set at NPR 136.54 while the selling rate is NPR 137.14.

The buying rate for one Euro is NPR 161.23 and the selling rate is NPR 161.93. Similarly, the buying rate for one UK Pound Sterling is NPR 187.96 and the selling rate is NPR 188.79. The buying and selling rates for one Swiss Franc are NPR 173.07 and NPR 173.83 respectively.

The Australian Dollar has a buying rate of NPR 89.88 and a selling rate of NPR 90.28, while the Canadian Dollar is at NPR 100.34 for buying and NPR 100.78 for selling. The Singapore Dollar is set at NPR 107.42 for buying and NPR 107.90 for selling.

For 10 Japanese Yen, the buying rate is NPR 9.55  and the selling rate is NPR 9.60, One Chinese Yuan has a buying rate of NPR 19.06 and a selling rate of NPR 19.15, The Saudi Arabian Riyal stands at NPR 36.41 for buying and NPR 36.57 for selling, and the Qatari Riyal is NPR 37.46 for buying and NPR 37.63 for selling.

According to the central bank, the Thai Baht is NPR 4.21 for buying and NPR 4.23 for selling. The UAE Dirham is NPR 37.17 for buying and NPR 37.34 for selling. The Malaysian Ringgit has a buying rate of NPR 32.53 and selling rate of NPR 32.67.

The South Korean Won (per 100 units) is NPR 10.09 for buying and NPR 10.13 for selling. The Swedish Krona is NPR 14.47 for buying and NPR 14.53 for selling, and the Danish Krone is NPR 21.61 for buying and NPR 21.70 for selling.

The Hong Kong Dollar is priced at NPR 17.39 for buying and NPR 17.47 for selling. The Kuwaiti Dinar is NPR 447.53 for buying and NPR 449.50 for selling. The Bahraini Dinar is NPR 362.13 for buying and NPR 363.72 for selling, while the Omani Riyal is NPR 354.64 for buying and NPR 356.20for selling.

The buying rate for 100 Indian Rupees has been fixed at NPR 160.00 and the selling rate at NPR 160.15. The central bank has stated that these exchange rates are subject to revision at any time as necessary.
