KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index experienced another double-digit drop on Wednesday, the fourth trading day of the week.
The NEPSE index fell by 15.64 points to close at 2726.33.
This follows a decline of 19.89 points on Tuesday, when the index closed at 2741.97.
On Wednesday, a total of Rs 4.72 billion worth of shares were traded, a slight increase from the Rs 4.38 billion traded on Tuesday.
Out of all the companies that were traded on Wednesday, 39 saw an increase in share price while 213 saw a decrease.
