KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the exchange rate of foreign currencies for today.

While the US dollar remained stable according to the fixed exchange rate, the value of the European Euro and the UK Pound Sterling has decreased.

According to the Rastra Bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been fixed at 140 rupees 39 paisa and the selling rate has been fixed at 140 rupees 99 paisa.

Similarly, the buying rate of one European Euro has been set at Rs 163.13 and the selling rate at Rs 163.83, the buying rate of one UK Pound Sterling at Rs 187.98 and the selling rate at Rs 188.79, and the buying rate of one Swiss Franc at Rs 176.72 and the selling rate at Rs 177.48.

The buying rate of one Australian dollar is 91 rupees 18 paise and the selling rate is 91 rupees 57 paise, the buying rate of one Canadian dollar is 99 rupees 96 paise and the selling rate is 100 rupees 39 paise, and the buying rate of one Singapore dollar is 108 rupees 25 paise and the selling rate is 108 rupees 71 paise.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of 10 Japanese yen is 9 rupees 24 paise and the selling rate is 9 rupees 28 paise, the buying rate of 1 Chinese yuan is 19 rupees 72 paise and the selling rate is 19 rupees 81 paise, the buying rate of 1 Saudi Arabian riyal is 37 rupees 43 paise and the selling rate is 37 rupees 59 paise, and the buying rate of 1 Qatari riyal is 38 rupees 51 paise and the selling rate is 38 rupees 68 paise.

In addition, the buying rate of one Thai baht is 4 rupees 29 paise and the selling rate is 4 rupees 31 paise, the buying rate of one UAE dirham is 38 rupees 22 paise and the selling rate is 38 rupees 39 paise, the buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit is 33 rupees 20 paise and the selling rate is 33 rupees 34 paise, the buying rate of one South Korean won is 9 rupees 81 paise and the selling rate is 9 rupees 86 paise, the buying rate of one Swedish kronor is 14 rupees 91 paise and the selling rate is 14 rupees 98 paise, and the buying rate of one Danish kronor is 21 rupees 84 paise and the selling rate is 21 rupees 93 paise.

The National Bank has set the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at Rs 18.06 and the selling rate at Rs 18.14, the buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar at Rs 458.27 and the selling rate at Rs 460.23, the buying rate of one Bahraini dinar at Rs 372.41 and the selling rate at Rs 374, the buying rate of one Omani rial at Rs 364.64 and the selling rate at Rs 366.19.

The buying rate of one hundred Indian rupees has been set at Rs 160 and the selling rate at Rs 160.15.
