KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank has announced the foreign exchange rates for Thursday.

As per the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar is Rs 134.89, while the selling rate stands at Rs 135.49. The buying rate for one euro is Rs 153.46, and the selling rate is Rs 154.49.

Similarly, one UK pound sterling is being bought at Rs 180.27 and sold at Rs 181.08, while the Swiss franc is being traded at a buying rate of Rs 163.56 and a selling rate of Rs 164.29.

The Australian dollar is being bought at Rs 86.26 and sold at Rs 86.64, whereas the Canadian dollar is trading at Rs 97.54 for buying and Rs 97.73 for selling.

The buying and selling rates for the Singapore dollar are Rs 103.27 and Rs 103.73, respectively.

For Asian currencies, the buying rate of 10 Japanese yen is Rs 9.44 and the selling rate is Rs 9.48. The Chinese yuan is being bought at Rs 18.56 and sold at Rs 18.65.

The Saudi Arabian riyal stands at Rs 35.96 for buying and Rs 36.12 for selling, while the Qatari riyal is traded at Rs 37.01 and Rs 37.17, respectively.

The Thai baht is valued at Rs 4.03 for buying and Rs 4.05 for selling, and the UAE dirham is being exchanged at Rs 36.72 and Rs 36.89.

The Malaysian ringgit has been fixed at Rs 31.26 for buying and Rs 31.40 for selling. The rate for 100 South Korean won is Rs 9.49 for buying and Rs 9.53 for selling.

Meanwhile, the Swedish kronor is priced at Rs 14.00 and Rs 14.06, and the Danish kronor at Rs 20.56 and Rs 20.65.

In the Gulf currency segment, the Hong Kong dollar is trading at Rs 17.39 for buying and Rs 17.47 for selling.

The Kuwaiti dinar is valued at Rs 440.26 for buying and Rs 442.21 for selling, while the Bahraini dinar is at Rs 357.81 and Rs 359.40, respectively. The Omani rial has a buying rate of Rs 350.37 and a selling rate of Rs 351.93.

Additionally, the exchange rate for 100 Indian rupees has been set at Rs 160.00 for buying and Rs 160.15 for selling.
