KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has determined the foreign exchange rates for Sunday. According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been fixed at NPR 137.54 and the selling rate at NPR 138.14.

The buying rate for one European Euro is NPR 160.13 and the selling rate is NPR 160.83. For one British Pound Sterling, the buying rate is NPR 185.05 and the selling rate is NPR 185.85. Similarly, the buying rate for one Swiss Franc is NPR 171.61 and the selling rate is NPR 172.36.

For one Australian Dollar, the buying rate is NPR 89.71 and the selling rate is NPR 90.10. The buying rate for one Canadian Dollar is NPR 100.23 and the selling rate is NPR 100.67. One Singapore Dollar is valued at a buying rate of NPR 107.18 and a selling rate of NPR 107.64.

The buying rate for 10 Japanese Yen is NPR 9.26 and the selling rate is NPR 9.30. One Chinese Yuan is set at a buying rate of NPR 19.16 and a selling rate of NPR 19.25. The buying rate for one Saudi Arabian Riyal is NPR 36.67 and the selling rate is NPR 36.83. One Qatari Riyal has a buying rate of NPR 37.73 and a selling rate of NPR 37.90.

According to the central bank, the buying rate for one Thai Baht is NPR 4.25 and the selling rate is NPR 4.27. One UAE Dirham is set at a buying rate of NPR 37.45 and a selling rate of NPR 37.61. The buying rate for one Malaysian Ringgit is NPR 32.42 and the selling rate is NPR 32.56. For 100 South Korean Won, the buying rate is NPR 9.89 and the selling rate is NPR 9.94. One Swedish Krona has a buying rate of NPR 14.23 and a selling rate of NPR 14.29, while one Danish Krone is set at a buying rate of NPR 21.46 and a selling rate of NPR 21.55.

According to NRB, the buying rate for one Hong Kong Dollar is NPR 17.52 and the selling rate is NPR 17.60. One Kuwaiti Dinar is valued at a buying rate of NPR 450.15 and a selling rate of NPR 452.12. The buying rate for one Bahraini Dinar is NPR 364.80 and the selling rate is NPR 366.39. One Omani Rial has a buying rate of NPR 357.24 and a selling rate of NPR 358.80.

The buying rate for 100 Indian Rupees has been fixed at NPR 160 and the selling rate at NPR 160.15. The central bank stated that these rates may be revised at any time as needed. It also noted that the rates set by commercial banks may vary and that the updated exchange rates are available on the central bank’s official website.
