KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the foreign exchange rate for today (Sunday).

According to the exchange rate fixed for today, the buying rate of one US dollar has been fixed at 142 rupees 54 paisa and the selling rate at 143 rupees 14 paisa.

Similarly, the buying rate of one European Euro has been set at Rs 166.94 and the selling rate at Rs 167.65, the buying rate of one UK Pound Sterling at Rs 190.63 and the selling rate at Rs 191.44, and the buying rate of one Swiss Franc at Rs 179.17 and the selling rate at Rs 179.93.

The buying rate of one Australian dollar is 94 rupees 16 paise and the selling rate is 94 rupees 56 paise, the buying rate of one Canadian dollar is 103 rupees 30 paise and the selling rate is 103 rupees 74 paise, and the buying rate of one Singapore dollar is 110 rupees 28 paise and the selling rate is 110 rupees 74 paise.

The buying rate of 10 Japanese yen has been set at 9 rupees 06 paisa and the selling rate at 9 rupees 10 paisa, the buying rate of 1 Chinese yuan has been set at 20 rupees 24 paisa and the selling rate at 20 rupees 33 paisa, the buying rate of 1 Saudi Arabian riyal has been set at 38 rupees 38 paisa and the selling rate at 38 rupees 16 paisa, the buying rate of 1 Qatari riyal has been set at 39 rupees 12 paisa and the selling rate at 39 rupees 28 paisa.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai baht is 4 rupees 53 paise and the selling rate is 4 rupees 55 paise, the buying rate of one UAE dirham is 38 rupees 81 paise and the selling rate is 38 rupees 97 paise, the buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit is 34 rupees 96 paise and the selling rate is 35 rupees 11 paise, the buying rate of one South Korean won is 9 rupees 64 paise and the selling rate is 9 rupees 68 paise, the buying rate of one Swedish kronor is 15 rupees 30 paise and the selling rate is 15 rupees 37 paise, and the buying rate of one Danish kronor is 22 rupees 34 paise and the selling rate is 22 rupees 44 paise.

The National Bank has set the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at Rs 18.32 and the selling rate at Rs 18.40, the buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar at Rs 464.04 and the selling rate at Rs 466, the buying rate of one Bahraini dinar at Rs 378.06 and the selling rate at Rs 379.65, the buying rate of one Omani rial at Rs 370.23 and the selling rate at Rs 371.79.

Similarly, the buying rate of one hundred Indian rupees has been fixed at Rs 160 and the selling rate at Rs 160.15.
