KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the foreign exchange rate for Thursday.
According to the bank, the buying rate of one US dollar is 144 rupees 32 paisa and the selling rate is 144 rupees 92 paisa.
The buying rate of one European Euro has been set at Rs 169.08 and the selling rate at Rs 169.78, the buying rate of one UK Pound Sterling at Rs 192.39 and the selling rate at Rs 193.19, and the buying rate of one Swiss Franc at Rs 181.08 and the selling rate at Rs 181.83.
The buying rate of one Australian dollar has been set at 95 rupees 49 paise and the selling rate at 95 rupees 89 paise, the buying rate of one Canadian dollar at 104 rupees 65 paise and the selling rate at 105 rupees 09 paise, and the buying rate of one Singapore dollar at 111 rupees 68 paise and the selling rate at 112 rupees 14 paise.
The buying rate of 10 Japanese yen is 9 rupees 28 paise and the selling rate is 9 rupees 32 paise, the buying rate of 1 Chinese yuan is 20 rupees 49 paise and the selling rate is 20 rupees 57 paise, the buying rate of 1 Saudi Arabian riyal is 38 rupees 48 paise and the selling rate is 38 rupees 64 paise, and the buying rate of 1 Qatari riyal is 39 rupees 49 paise and the selling rate is 39 rupees 65 paise.
According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai baht is 4 rupees 58 paise and the selling rate is 4 rupees 60 paise, the buying rate of one UAE dirham is 39 rupees 29 paise and the selling rate is 39 rupees 46 paise, the buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit is 35 rupees 30 paise and the selling rate is 35 rupees 45 paise, the buying rate of one South Korean won is 9 rupees 75 paise and the selling rate is 9 rupees 79 paise, the buying rate of one Swedish kronor is 15 rupees 45 paise and the selling rate is 15 rupees 51 paise, and the buying rate of one Danish kronor is 22 rupees 63 paise and the selling rate is 22 rupees 72 paise.
The National Bank has set the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at Rs 18.55 and the selling rate at Rs 18.63, the buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar at Rs 470.19 and the selling rate at Rs 472.14, the buying rate of one Bahraini dinar at Rs 382.79 and the selling rate at Rs 384.38, the buying rate of one Omani rial at Rs 374.85 and the selling rate at Rs 376.41.
The buying rate of one hundred Indian rupees has been set at Rs 160 and the selling rate at Rs 160.15.
