NRB sets foreign exchange rates for Thursday

KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the exchange rate of foreign currencies for Thursday.

According to the Rastra Bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been fixed at 143 rupees 50 paisa and the selling rate has been fixed at 144 rupees 10 paisa. Similarly, the buying rate of one European euro has been fixed at 168 rupees 48 paisa and the selling rate has been fixed at 169 rupees 19 paisa, the buying rate of one UK pound sterling has been fixed at 193 rupees 193 paisa and the selling rate has been fixed at 193 rupees 81 paisa, the buying rate of one Swiss franc has been fixed at 180 rupees 94 paisa and the selling rate has been fixed at 181 rupees 69 paisa.

The buying rate of one Australian dollar is 95 rupees 94 paise and the selling rate is 96 rupees 34 paise, the buying rate of one Canadian dollar is 104 rupees 71 paise and the selling rate is 105 rupees 15 paise, the buying rate of one Singapore dollar is 111 rupees 48 paise and the selling rate is 112 rupees 5 paise.

The buying rate of 10 Japanese yen is 9 rupees 16 paise and the selling rate is 9 rupees 20 paise, the buying rate of one Chinese yuan is 20 rupees 50 paise and the selling rate is 20 rupees 58 paise, the buying rate of one Saudi Arabian riyal is 38 rupees 26 paise and the selling rate is 38 rupees 42 paise, the buying rate of one Qatari riyal is 39 rupees 26 paise and the selling rate is 39 rupees 43 paise.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai baht is 4 rupees 53 paise and the selling rate is 4 rupees 55 paise, the buying rate of one UAE dirham is 39 rupees 7 paise and the selling rate is 39 rupees 24 paise, the buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit is 35 rupees 36 paise and the selling rate is 35 rupees 51 paise, the buying rate of 100 South Korean won is 9 rupees 95 paise and the selling rate is 9 rupees 99 paise, the buying rate of one Swedish kronor is 15 rupees 59 paise and the selling rate is 15 rupees 66 paise, and the buying rate of one Danish kronor is 22 rupees 56 paise and the selling rate is 22 rupees 65 paise.

The National Bank has set the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at 18 rupees 44 paise and the selling rate at 18 rupees 51 paise, the buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar at 466 rupees 8 paise and the selling rate at 468 rupees 2 paise, the buying rate of one Bahraini dinar at 380 rupees 64 paise and the selling rate at 382 rupees 23 paise, the buying rate of one Omani rial at 372 rupees 73 paise and the selling rate at 374 rupees 29 paise.

The buying rate of one hundred Indian rupees has been set at 160 rupees and the selling rate at 160 rupees 15 paise.
