NRB sets foreign exchange rates for Thursday

KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the foreign exchange rate for Thursday.

According to the Rastra Bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been fixed at 144 rupees 47 paisa and the selling rate at 145 rupees 38 paisa.

Similarly, the buying rate of one European Euro has been set at Rs 171.30 and the selling rate at Rs 172.1, the buying rate of one UK Pound Sterling at Rs 196.47 and the selling rate at Rs 197.29, and the buying rate of one Swiss Franc at Rs 187.67 and the selling rate at Rs 188.45.

The buying rate of one Australian dollar is 102 rupees 40 paise and the selling rate is 102 rupees 82 paise, the buying rate of one Canadian dollar is 106 rupees 5 paise and the selling rate is 106 rupees 49 paise, and the buying rate of one Singapore dollar is 114 rupees 15 paise and the selling rate is 114 rupees 99 paise.

The buying rate of 10 Japanese yen is 9 rupees 42 paise and the selling rate is 9 rupees 46 paise, the buying rate of 1 Chinese yuan is 20 rupees 96 paise and the selling rate is 21 rupees 4 paise, the buying rate of 1 Saudi Arabian riyal is 38 rupees 60 paise and the selling rate is 38 rupees 76 paise, and the buying rate of 1 Qatari riyal is 39 rupees 61 paise and the selling rate is 39 rupees 78 paise.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai baht is 4 rupees 62 paisa and the selling rate is 4 rupees 64 paisa, the buying rate of one UAE dirham is 39 rupees 42 paisa and the selling rate is 39 rupees 58 paisa, the buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit is 37 rupees 12 paisa and the selling rate is 37 rupees 28 paisa, the buying rate of 100 South Korean won is 10 rupees 3 paisa and the selling rate is 10 rupees 7 paisa, the buying rate of one Swedish kronor is 16 rupees 11 paisa and the selling rate is 16 rupees 17 paisa, and the buying rate of one Danish kronor is 22 rupees 93 paisa and the selling rate is 23 rupees 02 paisa.

The National Bank has set the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at Rs 18.53 and the selling rate at Rs 18.60, the buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar at Rs 474.22 and the selling rate at Rs 476.19, the buying rate of one Bahraini dinar at Rs 384.5 and the selling rate at Rs 385.64, the buying rate of one Omani rial at Rs 376.8 and the selling rate at Rs 377.63.

The buying rate of one hundred Indian rupees has been fixed at Rs 160 and the selling rate at Rs 160.15.
