KATHMANDU: Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced the distribution of bonus shares.

The company’s board of directors meeting held on Wednesday decided to distribute 13.89 percent bonus from last year’s profit and 0.73 percent cash dividend for tax purposes on shares. The company has announced the bonus and cash dividend at the current paid-up capital of Rs 671 million 1,04,993.

Meanwhile, the company has informed that if the 195,733 units of FPO sold recently are listed before the book close date for the general meeting, the investors who will receive the FPO will also receive the bonus shares. The company says that the proposed dividend rate will be fixed at 13.50 percent bonus shares and 0.71 percent cash.
