KATHMANDU: The Gen Z group protest has prompted the deployment of the Nepal Army personnel in the New Baneshwar area.

According to the Kathmandu District Administration Office, a team of soldiers was sent to control the situation.

Chief District Officer Chhabi Raj Rijal stated that army vehicles have reached New Baneshwar.

Despite a curfew, the protests have not yet stopped.
