The government has requested not to rent a room, apartment, and house without an identity card.

After the foreign nationals infiltrated and started living in Nepal, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) issued a notice requesting not to rent a house or room to a person without an identity card.

Foreign nationals are entering Nepal illegally and staying in Nepal without an identity card, reads a notice issued by MoHA’s Spokesperson Farindramani Pokharel.

The notice further states that not to rent a house, apartment, or room to anyone without an identity card and not to employ such people.
