The Supreme Court has ordered to register the writ petition filed against Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane and Attorney General Dr Dinmani Pokharel.

A single bench of Justice Tek Prasad Dhungana today issued an order to register the writ petition filed by Advocate Anupam Bhattarai.

Advocate Bhattarai filed the writ petition in the Apex Court questioning the validity of the letter issued by the Officer of the Attorney General in the name of Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane.
