KATHMANDU: The custody of alleged gangster Chakre Milan (Milan Gurung) and 18 others has been extended by five days for further investigation.

They were arrested on July 31 during a late-night birthday party at a Maharajgunj hotel.

Of 47 detained, 28 were released while 19 remain in custody.

Bhaktapur Police are also probing Milan in an attempted murder case.
