KATHMANDU: Sanjay Sah, who escaped from Nakkhu Prison during the Gen-Z protests, has been captured.

Kavre Police Chief Komal Shah confirmed that Sah was arrested on Thursday afternoon from Mangaltar in Kavre.

Sah, the key figure in the Janakpur bomb blast case, had broken out of prison on Wednesday.

He had been serving a 12-year sentence at the time of his escape.
