KATHMANDU: British Prince Edward has arrived in Kathmandu. The prince was welcomed by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and staff from the British Embassy in Nepal upon landing at the Tribhuvan International Airport.

Edward is scheduled to go directly to the British Embassy in Lainchaur from the airport. His wife Sofia has arrived in Nepal at 10:30 am. Now, the prince and his wife will reach Sheetal Niwas and meet President Ramchandra Poudel in a few minutes.

The British prince and his wife, who will be on a 6-day visit to Nepal, will return home on the evening of Magh 27.
