WASHINGTON DC: Finance Minister Rameshore Prasad Khanal, who is currently in the United States to attend the World Bank’s Annual Meeting, held a meeting with Asian Development Bank (ADB) President Masato Kanda on Wednesday.

During the meeting, the two discussed the progress, achievements, and challenges of various development projects being implemented in Nepal with ADB’s assistance, according to the Embassy of Nepal in Washington, D.C.

The discussion also covered Nepal’s future cooperation with the ADB, investment priorities, and measures to improve project implementation and efficiency.

Nepal’s Ambassador to the United States Lok Darshan Regmi, Economic Consular Yug Raj Pandey, members of the minister’s delegation, and senior ADB officials were also present at the meeting.
