KATHMANDU: Nepal’s Ambassador to Iraq, Ghanshyam Lamsal, presented his credentials to Iraqi President Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid during a special ceremony held at the Presidential Palace in Baghdad on Wednesday.
On the occasion, Ambassador Lamsal conveyed greetings and best wishes on behalf of President Ramchandra Paudel for the personal well-being and good health of President Rashid, as well as for the continued progress and prosperity of the people of Iraq, according to the Embassy of Nepal in Kuwait.
In response, President Rashid congratulated Ambassador Lamsal and extended his best wishes for President Paudel’s health and happiness, along with ongoing progress for the Nepali people.
Lamsal also serves as Nepal’s resident ambassador to Kuwait.
