KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to make an official visit to Spain, with the Cabinet approving the trip from June 30 to July 5 during its meeting on Monday.

Minister for Communication and Information Technology and government spokesperson Prithvi Subba Gurung announced the Cabinet’s decisions made on June 16.

The Cabinet also agreed to form a Nepali delegation led by Prime Minister Oli for the visit. This will be the first official visit to Spain by Prime Minister Oli since assuming office.

The visit aims to strengthen diplomatic relations and boost bilateral cooperation between Nepal and Spain.
