KATHMANDU: The release of the film Abhimanyu Chapter 1 has been postponed for the third time, now set for November 7, shifting from the previous date of October 10.
Producer Binod Paudel stated that the latest delay is due to continuous heavy rainfall and resulting damage across the country.
The film has faced multiple postponements, including an initial shift from September 12, due to Gen Z protests, and a later change from October 10, to avoid clashing with three other films: Hari Bahadur Ko Jutta, Maitighar, and Balidan.
Coinciding with the new date, the production unit released the song Marau Jyanle, which features lead actors Kameshor Chaurasiya and Laxmi Bardewa.
Directed by Sushant Gautam, this 7 Seas Cinema presentation will be released in both Nepali and Hindi languages.
