LALITPUR: Four bands, including the popular youth group John and the Locals, are set to perform at Chyasal in Lalitpur.

The band is scheduled to take the stage at Patan Fest 2025, which will be held on Chaitra 23 at Chyasal Stadium. John and the Locals is one of the four finalists selected to perform at the festival, organized by the Nepal Royal Multipurpose Festival.

The band is known for hit songs like Hawa Jastai, Ke Garau, and Nihiti. The organizers have mentioned that information about the other bands will be shared in the coming days.

To attend the event, viewers can purchase tickets priced at 600, 1000, and 1200. Tickets are available for purchase through the Khalti app. Additionally, 20 food stalls will be set up at the venue.

The organizers have assured that attendees will enjoy the performances through a state-of-the-art sound system.

The festival is expected to boost local tourism in Patan, with organizers anticipating an audience of 8,000 to 10,000 attendees.
