‘Kosedhunga’ set for simultaneous release in over 40 countries including Nepal

KATHMANDU: The upcoming Nepali film ‘Kosedhunga’, scheduled for release on Bhadra 12 (August 28), will be released simultaneously in over 40 countries, including Nepal.

Directed by Saroj Paudel, the film will hit theaters in countries such as the USA, Australia, Japan, the UK, and Canada, among others.

The film’s international distribution is being handled by Patrick Seven Seas International. “Our film will be released in more than 40 countries at once, and discussions are ongoing to expand it to additional markets,” director Paudel said.

Ramesh Dhakal, director at Seven Seas International, stated that this marks a historic first for Nepali cinema, a film being released simultaneously in over 40 countries worldwide.
