KATHMANDU: Bollywood actress Mouni Roy is going to work on her upcoming film The Bhootnani, and she is trending right now for her glamorous look. She was trending in the past with rumors among social media followers that she underwent plastic surgery. Mouni has now addressed such rumors in an open interview.

Speaking with the Indian news site Zoom, Mouni explained, “At first, when I was receiving comments and sometimes saw AI-generated videos, I would feel really uncomfortable. It was difficult to handle. Imagine to find your face superimposed on some other individual’s body—how would you feel? It was a very disturbing experience. I wondered why individuals were doing it.

Actors Mouni Roy and Sanjay Dutt were present at the trailer launch party of The Bhootnani. However, after pictures from the event surfaced online, Mouni was subjected to a wave of trolling from the audience.

Mouni Roy’s much-anticipated film The Bhootnani is set to hit theaters on April 18. The movie also stars Sanjay Dutt, Sunny Singh, Palak Tiwari, and other talented actors.
