Do you go to the gym to look slim or to stay healthy?
To stay healthy. I have a fast metabolism, which also helps.

How do you plan a balanced diet?
I focus on high-fiber carbs and protein. I don’t count calories.

What do you eat regularly, and what do you avoid?
I eat plenty of green vegetables and fruits. I avoid junk food as much as possible. I gave up sugar four years ago, though I allow myself cake and chocolate once a year.

How much weight have you lost in the past three months?
I was 61 kg; now I’m 55 kg.

How do you find time to work out while busy with film shoots?
I don’t work out on the set itself, but I stay active since there’s constant physical activity during filming.

What positive changes have you noticed since starting the gym?
Both my body and my mind feel refreshed.

What’s the one thing you’ve had to give up?
Junk food. I eat processed foods made with refined flour only once or twice a month.
