KATHMANDU: The official trailer of the upcoming Nepali film Magne Raja has been released amid a special event held at QFX Civil Mall in Kathmandu.

The film, scheduled for nationwide release on Bhadra 6 (August 22), is directed by Rishi Lamichhane and produced by Munal Ghimire. Popular comedian Kedar Ghimire, widely known as Magne Buda, plays the lead role alongside actress Barsha Siwakoti.

According to the filmmakers, Magne Raja is a socio-comedy drama that revolves around contemporary issues with a humorous twist. The trailer showcases a blend of satire, emotions, and drama, hinting at an entertaining storyline.
