Actor and director Nischal Basnet is facing heavy criticism on social media, particularly from Facebook users.

The backlash comes after he wished good luck to only two of the three films released today. The films, Laaj Sharam, Pheri Resham Philili, and Mayavi, all premiered today.

In a social media post, Nischal shared the posters of Laaj Sharam and Pheri Resham Philili, writing, “Booking is open, and both seem to be fun. Which one will you watch first?”

However, he did not wish good luck to Mayavi, which has also been released on the same day.

This omission has led to criticism, with some Facebook users threatening to boycott Nischal’s film. Mayavi, directed by Diwakar Bhattarai, stars Pal Shah and Deepika Prasai in the lead roles.
