KANCHANPUR: The suspension bridge built over the Mahakali River connecting Bhimdatta Municipality and Dodhara Chandani Municipality of Kanchanpur has not only eased local movement but is also attracting tourists.
Thousands of tourists visit annually just to see this bridge. The Dodhara Chandani suspension bridge is located about 9 kilometers from Mahendranagar, the headquarters of Kanchanpur.

Until 2005, residents of Dodhara Chandani Municipality faced significant hardship due to the lack of a bridge over the Mahakali River.
