Every time there is a bandh or a curfew or a lockdown people face a distressing time in managing their daily needs. However, being humans we do manage to deal with the situation and get things sorted out. And we are so focused on managing things for ourselves; we tend to forget the difficulties that other living beings face, like for example, the stray dogs who survive on the streets.
However, Mohan Deula from Dallu, who works at the Kathmandu Metropolitan City Office, makes sure that the stray dogs who he can reach to are fed every day. With the prohibitory order being imposed all the hotels and restaurants and other businesses are shut at the moment and there is no way that the dogs can get whatever little scrap of food they could earlier. So, Deula has taken it upon himself to feed as many dogs that he can during this restrictions.
