Roads of Kathmandu are unmanaged and unpitched. In Nepal, just 19% of roads are all-weather roads. Only 11% of Nepal’s overall road network is blacktopped. Two of Nepal’s 75 districts are still without access to roads. None of the existing roads are not in good condition due to the lack of proper repair and maintenance. Due to unmanaged roads both the people and vehicles are facing problems.
