PARSA: The Birgunj branch of the Department of Drug Administration (DDA) has instructed local and wholesale pharmacy operators to update their professional registration details within 15 days.

The directive follows findings that many pharmacists and assistant pharmacists failed to update their “working institute” information on the Nepal Pharmacy Council website during certificate renewals.

The DDA has warned that all registered pharmacy owners under its jurisdiction must ensure accurate and current affiliations on the council’s portal to facilitate verification and regulate drug sale and distribution licensing.
