Two persons died after they were injured seriously in a road accident occurred at Jharbaira of Ghorahi sub-metropolis-10 along Ghorahi-Tulasipur road section.
The deceased have been identified as Bishal GC, 17, of Jhimruk rural municipality-4 and Sagar KC, 18, of Naubahini rural municipality-6 in Pyuthan district.
Both of them died today in course of treatment at Rapti Academy of Health Sciences, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Dang, Janak Bahadur Malla.
The incident took place on Friday night when a tipper (Ra 1 Ka 1307) hit a motorcycle (Ra 2 Pa 5589) coming from opposite direction.
Police have arrested the tipper driver Ishwor Budha, 26, of Runtigadhi rural municipality-9 in Rolpa district. Further investigation into the case is underway.

Those killed in a taxi accident were Hom Bahadur Pun, 28, from Pakhute, of Dhorpatan-2, and Ashwin Pariyar, 32, from Chhisphant of Badigad-6 in the district.
The accident occurred at Malkatibang of Dhorpatan-2 while the taxi (Dha 1 Ja 994) heading to Dhorpatan from Badigad fell 100 meters down the road. Both of them died on the spot, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police, Madan KC.
