KATHMANDU: Nepal Police has released details of the damage caused by the 6.1 Richter scale earthquake that struck near Bhairabkunda in Bhotekoshi Rural Municipality-2 on Friday morning.
According to the police, one house has been completely damaged, and three houses have been partially damaged by the earthquake so far. Among the partially damaged are a shed and a police office. Similarly, 3 families have been displaced due to the earthquake. 6 people have been slightly injured in the earthquake.
After the earthquake, a dry landslide occurred in Lusare in Bhotekoshi Rural Municipality-3. The police have also informed that in case of emergency, they can be contacted by calling the police number 100.
