Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) Prabhuram Sharma was absent in the Fulpati (seventh day of Bada Dashain) parade at Tundikhel in the capital this afternoon due to fever.

Nepal Army (NA) spokesperson Santosh Ballav Poudel told RSS that Army Chief Sharma was not present on the occasion taking health precaution.

However, NA Chief tested negative to the coronavirus at PCR test undertaken after he grew fever, Poudel informed.
